Kim Kardashian’s Diet And Exercises For Healthy Fitness Impelreport
When it comes to health and exercise, Kim Kardashian leaves nothing to chance! Between the documentation, he makes on social media of his workouts and what he writes on his website and his App on food, the star of Keeping Up With the Kardashians sets a goal and achieves it.
During the past year, the proud mother of three worked very hard with trainer Melissa Alcántara to transform her exercise routine. “She just needed a change, I think she realized that seeing herself in a certain way is one thing, but taking care of your body is something else, you can do both at the same time,” shared Melissa exclusively with E! News. “Most of the time, it’s not just training, it’s eating well to also look good, so I work on appearance, to train muscles that look good, you need good nutrition.”
According to Melissa, who has a website, writes a blog and maintains a YouTube channel with training, Kim typically trains six days a week for 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the muscle group she focuses on. And yes, Melissa is the first to admit that it is an “intense” regime. “We work with each muscle group once a week, except the legs, we work them twice, so we usually do back and triceps, or chest and biceps, then one day we dedicate it to the abdominals,” the trainer explained. “It changes a little bit each time, but the fundamental exercises, the things you always need, do not change, like squats, bench presses, and chest presses.”
As many people learn on their way to better health, exercising is just one part of the equation. Diet is also a great factor to see results. Kim follows a “flexible diet” also known as “macros”. It changes depending on what kind of exercises you do in your sessions.
“She has a specific amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats that she consumes throughout the day, divided into four meals, or rather three and a snack, and I want her to eat good food,” explained Melissa. “It’s not being afraid to eat because that’s one of the problems that many have.”
Melissa added that they focus less on what the balance says and more on how their clients, including Kim, feel. “She feels stronger, more toned, she always points to these muscles,” she shared. “Those are the things that I want to focus on, so now it’s more about how you feel versus what the scale says, who cares what the scale says, as long as I feel that I look good and feel well. We even talk about weight in reality. ”
For those who believe they can not begin a healthy routine with exercises because they are so busy with children and work, Melissa has advice. “Many women are trapped in their daily lives and care a lot about others and not themselves,” he shared. “The people who train are not different from you, they did not leave the vaginas of their mothers with muscles, they got to that point in some way so you can too.”
