Sister of Mark Zuckerberg was harassed during a flight to Mexico
Mark Zuckerberg’s sister was sexually harassed by a passenger on a flight to Mexico and she has complained to the airline.
Randi Zuckerberg, sister of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, has alleged that she was sexually harassed by a passenger while traveling from Los Angeles to Mazatlan, Mexico, on an Alaska Airlines flight on November 29. She used social media and shared the letter she had written to the Seattle-based airline.
In a letter to the executives of the airline, Randi Zuckerberg narrated the whole incident and said that she was very uncomfortable with a man sitting near her, explaining that she constantly made sexually explicit and lascivious comments for herself and others in the first class while receiving multiple services, such as alcoholic beverages and snacks.
She said that the man spoke of touching himself, asked if he fantasized about the colleague he was traveling with and commented on the bodies of the passengers when they got on the plane.
“When I called the attention of the flight attendants, the answer was that this guy was a frequent Alaska Airlines traveler. After telling them that I felt extremely uncomfortable, they suggested that they could accommodate me in a middle seat in the back of the plane, which I almost did, until I thought about why I should move. I am the one who is being harassed! “He stated in the letter.
Following Zuckerberg’s complaints, two Alaska Airlines executives contacted her and informed her that they were conducting an investigation, and in the meantime the passenger has had his frequent traveler privileges suspended.
